Marcel Piestansky, the author of Puck Drop (referred to as "We" or "Us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy describes:
- The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, or use the Puck Drop application (the "App").

This policy applies only to information we collect in this App and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App. By using our App, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this policy.
User Age Limits
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. You must be at least 13 years old to access and use our App. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We collect data in the following ways:
- Automatically when you use the App;
- When you provide us with your data.
1. Data Collected Automatically
Certain data is collected automatically. This includes:
- Data about your device, such as your device ID and operating system; and
- Data about your use of the App, such as gameplay data and your interactions inside the App.
2. Data You Provide Us
We collect and store your email and name only if you contact us directly, or if you register and access additional services within our App, such as the "Community Hub". By providing us with this data, you consent for us to use your information for the purposes of:
- Contacting you to provide customer service; and
- Operating and improving our App.
Use of Collected Data
Data collected can be personal to you or non-personal, and sometimes data that does not appear to be personal can become personal if certain other facts are learned. No matter how we come to collect your data, we will always treat it in accordance with this document. Personal data is only collected if you submit it to us directly.
Some non-personal information may be gathered while you use our App. Non-personal information is general, non-identifiable and anonymous information that is gathered for statistical, analytical and research purposes such as the improvement of the App.
Our App also contain APIs from other third parties that are used to collect and analyze your non-personal information. Some of the third party services are only used when you choose to register for and access additional services within our App, such as the "Community Hub". The third party services include:
Firebase

Cloud Functions uses IP addresses to execute event-handling functions and HTTP functions based on end-user actions. Cloud functions only saves IP addresses temporarily, to provide the service. |
Firebase Authentication | Email addresses, User agents, IP addresses |
Firebase Authentication uses the data to enable end-user authentication, and facilitate end-user account management. It also uses user-agent strings and IP addresses to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication. Firebase Authentication keeps logged IP addresses for a few weeks. It retains other authentication information until the Firebase customer initiates deletion of the associated user, after which data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. |

Realtime Database uses IP addresses and user agents to enable the profiler tool, which helps Firebase customers understand usage trends and platform breakdowns. Realtime Database keeps IP addresses and user agent information for a few days. |
